To create a scalable and cost effective solution utilising generative AI to help financial services organisations better understand the levels of Consumer Understanding and Consumer Support for their respective products and services. Our Story

Born out of years of experience working for financial services organisations and providing management consulting services to these organisations, it was obvious that Consumer Understanding and Consumer Support are two of the four Consumer Duty pillars that are often least well surveilled by organisations. This is because it is traditionally a high manual, costly and difficult process. We believe it is essential for organisations to properly understand the levels of Consumer Support and Consumer Understanding in order for their customers to get the best outcomes. Not only do they need to understand these levels, they need to know what actions to take. This is where POVIEW.AI comes in. We are developing an AI-driven approach to provide measurement of these levels as well as options to improve.
